We created materials to communicate the company’s management development and succession planning annual process to senior managers globally. The main challenges were explaining a complex, phased global process to new participants and instructing them in their roles and responsibilities. The communications also needed to educate senior managers about the importance of succession planning and motivate them to use their plans throughout the year.

The solution included an overview document that combined explanatory copy with a series of information graphics. This and other documents were distributed on a CD-ROM for which we designed the cover and label.
